As the Founder of Law Connect CS, CS Nishant Singh bring a wealth of experience and practical knowledge in the field of company secretarial services. Nishant is an Associate Members of ICSI with a degree in Economics from Delhi University. With over three years of hands-on experience in the corporate sector, Nishant have assisted numerous promoters in setting up and growing their businesses in India. His expertise extends to dispute resolution, having successfully handled cases involving several high-profile personalities, and have significant experience in corporate restructuring, including mergers, buybacks, and managing ESOPs.
Through his practical exposure to real-world corporate issues, he is able to provide students with a deeper understanding of the law. His approach is centered on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application in the corporate world. His believe this hands-on experience is invaluable, allowing students to grasp the complexities of law and governance in a way that goes beyond textbooks.
